Yet more fun facts: the original cut of Metropolis was lost shortly after release until 2008 when an original print was found.Metropolis also entered the public domain in 2023 so we can watch it in it's intended form and higher quality with than people alive when it released

this is a good reminder of how things that are shitty but have been accepted as normal and inevitable can actually turn out to be abnormal and evitable with some science, time, education and political will

On ne fait plus de jeux comme Rayman 2 aujourd'hui, la quintessence de l'émerveillement loufoque (d'ailleurs on ne fait plus de Rayman du tout).
Quand Nintendo te donne des citrons sous la forme de jeux qui seraient parfaits pour du multijoueurs sans être conçus pour ça, fais-en de la limonade coop via les options d'accessibilité. Pas parfait mais suffisant pour s'amuser à deux sur Mario & Luigi : l'Epopée Fraternelle.

Timothy and the Mysterious Forest : une variation un peu maladroite exécutée avec style sur le narratif eschatologique de Link's Awakening. Le gameplay trial & error est frustrant avec une progression en quêtes d'objets parfois opaque, mais le jeu est court et assez surprenant pour ne pas s'ennuyer.

C'est dommage que l'Acte 1 de Silksong soit aussi tranchant parce que tout l'Acte 2 est incroyable et déroule le potentiel tant attendu à profusion avec ses longues séquences d'exploration et ses boss inoubliables. Elle est là la suite attendue.
