Hi #psychometrics! I need a little advice. I have an item pool compiled from scales of a systematic review. I need to analyse them to generate draft items for a new scale. Do I use thematic analysis or qualitative content analysis? Or something else?

Helpful advice appreciated. 🙏

After two focus groups with some amazing Ukrainian ladies and a gent building their lives in Portugal, I feel so inspired. ✨

Their kindness, generosity, and openness remind me why this PhD project matters — and I’m determined to see it through. I won’t let them down!

Open all of the crossings. Let in lifesaving aid at scale, from all directions.

Lift restrictions on what & how much aid we can bring in. Ensure our convoys aren’t held up by delays and denials.

Release the hostages. Implement the ceasefire.

Let us work.

As an educator myself, I will likely be executed by russians. This is what the world has enabled and keeps tolerating.

I like to think I have more self-control than my peers.

Has it led to "success in various life domains" ?

Highly debatable. 🤷‍♀️
