I really like this thread, talking through process, and each place we can stop them. Republicans tried to cut Medicaid in (at least) 1981, 1995, 2003, 2005, 2010, and 2017. Now 2025. This record of our success and their failure doesn't mean we'll stop them. But we can. We have before.
Each committee then marks up that legislation, where only the members of the committee can vote on it. This will be the first time we get the full details on what they're trying to do. They won't be able to pretend they aren't cutting Medicaid anymore.

Here's an Associated Press article about the Christian charities being hurt by USAID dissolving. Hopefully, somehow, some of the Trump Loving groups will begin to wake up. I know his policies will have to hurt them directly for them to see his nefarious actions.
