Be aware and read carefully this could be really bad if Elmo has his way and don't believe his lies.
Some thoughts: my first thought was they’ll never get a grand jury to charge treason in DC. And if they file in some other bullshit jurisdiction to shop for a MAGA grand jury, I think there’d be a solid argument against venue. 1/
