Excellent visit out to Stockport today. First call was at @petersgatetap.bsky.social followed by Saints Bar, then onto The Crown at Heaton Lane and finally @runawaybrewery.bsky.social. Fabulous range of beers everywhere. Sort of wished I lived a bit closer, but massive ❤️ anyway.

Finished watching Dept Q tonight and only just got my breath back. There has to be a series 2. Such strong characters can't be left to go to waste.

No trip to The Masons today, but there was an exceptionally fabulous postbox topper over in Heaton earlier. Following on from their Winter offering I definitely think that the Heaton yarnbombers know how to bring the bling. 🙌

Was a bit miffed earlier this year when Netflixio upped their subscription cost and thought they'd better put some bloomin good stuff on. They have. Dept Q. Astonishingly great TV. Worth every penny. 👍

Passed by Lower Rivington Reservoir earlier and spotted a number of cones on the shore. 'Imself was wondering what all that was about and I reckoned it was our version on Anthony Gormely's statues at Crosby beach.

It's only taken us all season, but me n 'imself finally got to the last game for Bolton Wanderers Women at the mighty Reebok Stadium*. A 3-0 win, which also meant a top of the league finish, was just perfect. 🙌
*You can rename it as much as you want, but it'll always be the Reebok to me.
