A widely circulated claim that “exercise is 1.5 times more effective than medication or therapy” for depression has gained traction in the media—and is misleading. Integrating exercise w/ therapy & medication—when needed—provides the best path to long-term remission.

Saturday, 8th March 10.45am-11.45am Female riders, all ages & experiences are invited. Riders with disabilities who ride a solo or tandem bike are also invited.
