Local cites and states need to start following ice to whatever motel or hotel they are staying at . Tow away their vehicles and start arresting them. Surround them like they do regular citizens

He actually has a valid point. In the 1970’s, it was expected that by 2000, we would have flying cars and interplanetary space travel. But then Reaganomics happened. Technology advances slowed to a crawl as corporate mergers stifled competition and productivity gains were redirected to the rich.
