Went to install Empire Earth 3 using the downloaded off-line installers, wouldn't recognise the .bin file.
Went to redownload and the GOG servers are all over the place with speeds, even the Galaxy installer was downloading slow. (0.2MBps?!)
😓
And no, it's not my ISP.
Steam downloads are fast.

Well this is a first. I left this running a disk repair with Hard Disk Sentinel Pro today and found my system rebooted to this.
Haven't seen this screen IRL before.
I think she's dead jim.

Holy balls 6GHz is fast!
Did a Steam transfer from my Ryzen 7 desktop and the onboard 2.5Gb port through a 2.5Gb switch to the U7 Pro Wall to a Intel AX210 equipped laptop and bam!

Saw a peak of 970Mbps in Task Manager and a peak of 110MBps on Steam before my DRAMless Crucial SSD ran out of cache.

Go get him, Andy.
Someone who actually worked on MLP has called SaveMLP out.
At this point, I don't see how he or anyone can say SaveMLP is in the right or isn't a bad person
He's harassing people for working on the seires, not even just the TV show.

Regarding the UK's Online Safety Act and the various names other countries are going through and trying to adopt.
It's a grave breach of privacy under the guise of protecting kids online.
It'll all get hacked and exposed; it's just a matter of time.

Well, that's all folks, a power outage just killed one of my original Medion brand smart plugs from ALDI.
I wondered why my network was half working.

Regarding the UK and their "Online Safety Act".
They're playing with fire, and there are going to be consequences for that.

Out of all indie games, it's OLD SCHOOL RALLY that received a DMCA?

It's been confirmed since that it was *not* from a car company, so it could be just a troll attempt, or someone taking issue with their legally distinct liveries. Still a silly target to choose...

Top Tip in case anyone sees this and is stuck:
WD White Label drives use the 3.3V pin on the SATA connector to disable power to the drive, so shucking the bare drive results in the unit not showing up.
Block the 3.3V pin with Kapton tape or use a Molex to SATA adapter/SATA splitter with 4 wires.

Someone at @ubiquiti.bsky.social got paid to implement the rotating screen feature and I love that they went above and beyond and put vertical versions in too!
