I couldn't handle the thought of breakfast but knew I would need food at some point so I made myself a snack platter to bring to my home office space. Thank you to my #haes aligned nutritionist for being in my head reminding me to feed myself even when it's overwhelming!

Realizing that I pretty definitely have #chronicfatiguesyndrome with my major symptom being post exertional malaise. Thanks to Dr Asher Larmie for his Discord community for helping me on this journey of self discovery without shame. I really wish I could exercise and do stuff like the "normies"

I told my PT that I couldn't sit in these chairs in the waiting room because they were too small. She said I wasn't the first to say that and they are getting new chairs! Thank you to the fats who came before me and advocated! It's not your body it's the chairs that are the problem. #fatliberation

the speed at which these guys have broken everything has given a lot of folks who should know better the impression that they are an unstoppable force and the only option is to negotiate the terms of surrender

Whatever the immediate fallout of the scandal, what is going to stick around is the impression it gives, of hapless idiots doing ridiculous things. And I think that seriously reduces the appeal of capitulating to these jokers.

Musk’s staffers have entered an independent government agency by force. Employees from DOGE are now inside the Washington offices of the United States Institute of Peace. This comes just days after agency representatives were unable to gain access to the building on Friday being blocked by lawyers.
