I tried to mark guards active by lit the wests white bar, but I think it is way too subtle and player wont get it. So just experimenting a bit.

Simplified the swat formation, all look toward the player, and keep distance to the player but not to each other, you can shuffle them into a ball it looks like ;)

I think a proper secrete agent has a silenced handgun.
Not that you have to use it, but it takes the edge from some rooms if you do.
