Dafuq is she even implying here? The trucks speak English? No truck can stop/turn/back up if the driver wasn't born in the US? Such pablum sounds like something that escaped her boss's jello brain. She's surely just suggesting "these foreigners" should be zip-tied in the container behind the cab.
