Superman does a good job with the main character, but otherwise, I found it disappointing.

Didnt love this. Felt rushed, dialogue was really awkward, first 30 minutes was just super clunky exposition. Multiple scenes in a row where characters were just explaining out loud what they're doing...

Sand batteries are cool AF. Big opportunity in Australia to use these in conjunction with solar and wind.
Sand batteries are literally just silos of sand that retain heat exceptionally well -- so well that they can be tied to heat exchange systems to serve as proxy *electrical* batteries. Finland's new model can store enough power (100 MWh) to heat an entire town for a week.

A lot of the recent Disney+ / Marvel shows have been mid-to-bad but I think it's important to remember that INHUMANS existed and that might be the worst TV show ever made.

Finished reading Project Hail Mary last night and the movie trailer launched today. I'm not going to share it because I think you should avoid it if you haven't read the book.
A lot of big reveals in the book are shown in the movie trailer. It would be a much better experience going in blind.

I see a lot of anti- american style tipping content from Europeans online. Which is valid. Except I feel like the easy return serve is pointing out Europeans' bizarre paid toilets culture. The toilets aren't even nice and obviously its just generally a cruel idea to paywall toilets.

On the train from Wroclaw to Krakow (Poland). I've got to say it's not as comfy as I was hoping.
I recently took a FlixBus to Berlin and thought it was superior. More comfy seats, better bag storage, rows of 2 seats instead of the 6 seat compartments where you face strangers, & half the price.
