Yesterday, @mayorwu.boston.gov signed my Surplus Municipal Property for Affordable Housing Ordinance into law. This new law ensures that when city buildings go offline, they’re first considered for affordable housing. Thank you to all the advocates and community members who made this possible!

We were honored to stand with @mayorwu.boston.gov, elected officials, and community organizations from across Boston and our Commonwealth against this baseless attack on our City and our home.
Last week, Boston received a letter from AG Bondi threatening to prosecute officials and withhold funds unless we cooperate with carrying out mass deportations.
The US Attorney General asked for a response by today, so here it is: stop attacking our cities to hide your administration’s failures.
