Avatar continues to be all talent and passion and absolutely devoid of creativity. Most cliché, derivative shit to ever exist and I'm still fascinated by it because I know they care so MUCH about this universe but god damn they cannot write dialogue or a plot for shit.

New dungeon is GREAT
as always if I could solely spend my time on dungeons and raids then destiny would be a much more enjoyable game for it
Would've run it more but my left hand is KILLING me after spending the last week practicing fox in melee so I probably can't play games for a couple days

Watched Train Dreams last night and man
Definitely a slower movie (but not terribly long) but I can already feel it sticking with me a lot. Profoundly sad and beautiful, yet shockingly normal.
Would recommend if you need a good breath of fresh air. I can also see it being a good cry movie for some

I think this is the true nature of the damage that Lightfall did to the series. Like with most Destiny expansions they've honestly always been way less consequential to the overall experience of Destiny than outsiders claim they are. It's just when people sit up in their chair and pay attention. But
