Does anyone here own a freeze dryer and can tell me if they are actually worth it?
I've been looking at them a couple of times, but they are a crazy expensive investment, and I honestly don't see freeze drying being more cost effective than canning. Especially with how little volume they can hold.

A year ago I started getting really bad eye-strain as soon as the darker season started even when I spent some time outside.
Ended up getting a daylight lamp and moving all my monitors into a lower position and it helped A LOT.
My eyes are getting too old for this job. 😅
