A book that never fails to astound me when I reread it is Joanne Greenberg's semi-forgotten 1960s classic I NEVER PROMISED YOU A ROSE GARDEN.

@levgrossman.com has created this century’s Arthurian text. All others will be compared to this epic work of fantasy, heart, and grit. A story about faith and becoming who we were always meant to be, with the heart of a hero. Possibly THE contender for the @worldfantasy2025.bsky.social #booksky

I struggle quite a lot with #misophonia, and I quietly follow the research. It's still kind of all over the map, but there's something about this recent study that rings true neurosciencenews.com/misophonia-c...

The Bright Sword is a recommend from me. @levgrossman.com did the impossible: a new Arthurian tale that actually works. Creative anachronism with just enough touchpoints to late Roman/early medieval Britain (including beyond the walls) to make nerds like me happy, plus gratuitous swearing. Glorious
