Last days of this campaign! You can also get the plushes from last time, so even if no more tiers unlock, there are a lot of characters to be had! Currently the next tier is Marius and Nicki, book AND SHOW CLAUDIA are both unlocked, and if the plushes are expensive there's also pins, keychains, etc.
