This is so common in organisations of all kinds. Policies against X don’t mean shit if they’re never enforced. They just become a tool for appearing to do something about it while actually doing nothing
That actually gives him less excuse. He clearly violated DHS policy guidelines on the use of legal force (Policy Statement 044-05). For example vi a 2 a "Fleeing Subjects: Deadly force shall not be used solely to prevent the escape of a fleeing subject..." The denial of medical care is a violation.

And the IDE provides excellent syntax support by virtue of a good non learning autocomplete.
The hard and valuable part of programming remains understanding the problem in enough detail to specify a useful solution.

Absolutely this. The code is the *easiest* part of writing software, and the AI tools can’t handle that worth shit.
The code was never what took anywhere near the majority of time anyhow.
