Three photos from 2021. Ascent was easy with the proper gear (crampons and ice axe) but some were doing this without either. There's a vertical drop below those cliffs seen in the second image. You fall, you die. Feb. 1st. 2021

Three weeks into January and apart from a single day in October, Reykjavik hasn't had ANY snow. Today's photos were taken when I led a group of hikers up to the boulder an an evening hike - then scooted to the top on my own. Jan. 23rd 2013
