Today is the start of a very uncertain 4 years. Join your local mutual aid group(s). If you can't commit the time regularly then get to know them at least. Remember to breathe and rest when you can. We're in this for the long haul whether we like it or not.

Organize. Organize. Organize. Ask you friends if they have a plan for power outages, food shortages, goon squads. If they don't have a plan, make a plan with them and coordinate resources. Then ask more of your friends. Meet regularly and go for a run, trade recipes, swap gear you dont need.
We need to immediately come to terms with the fact that we are on our own.
