At age 5, children show significant preference for 'in-groups', and begin showing prejudice towards 'out-groups'. Just in case anyone was wondering why schools might have Pride events emphasising the normality of, and acceptance for, different kinds of families. #Pride #EduSky (Aboud, 2003)

Sometimes see things about how expensive vegan food is. We spend ~£120-130 a month on food as a family of 3. This is a week's worth of food (plus dates, soy milk, nooch, spices, and kids cereal bought monthly). Anyways, it's pretty doable on a low budget. #vegan
