Restorative practices, such as supervision, have to be part of the 'normal', otherwise, as you say, health and social care professionals will prioritise others
Easy to say what we SHOULD do about 'self care' & healthcare worker wellbeing. But in reality this remains in tension with a commitment to service & self-sacrifice. How do we develop an infrastructure to weave in healthy, restorative practices so they just become normalised. This would give me hope😃
