@malonespeaking.bsky.social Hi! Hope you are well. Are you still in the business of helping high school students figure out college? I have a rising senior (my daughter) who could use some guidance and advice.

The lead prosecutor on the Adams investigation - Hagan Scotten - resigns from SDNY.

“I expect you will eventually find someone who is enough of a fool, or enough of a coward, to file your motion [to dismiss Adams charges]. But it was never going to me.”

Making emergencies out of things that emerge from an imperfect Democracy is the entire Musk/Trump agenda. They won't admit it but it's straight out of the Nazi playbook. They are Fascists hiding behind the cover of what was once the Republican party.

Trump is doing by executive order what he is too weak to do by legislation.

He does not have the votes in Congress.

He wouldn't be able to get ANY of this passed if he tried.

He is the WEAKEST incoming president in 50 years.

I've lived through seven presidents who, for better or worse, followed the laws. Where they didn't, the people took them to task in court, and hashed it out to some measure of justice. I'm disgusted by the current admins ignoring of the US Constitution, the separation of powers, and the rule of law.

here we go
the trump administration has effectively crippled the entire federal government. in three days.
