One of the best things about living in my state is that I’m fully able to vote my conscience. I honestly don’t know what I would do if I voted in a swing state! But I vote in KY, so I don’t have to decide which genocidal maniac sucks less.

Wow. I always thought of TL as someone who had some insight into online phenomena which made her think she had expertise into anything anyone posted on the internet, which combined with a lack of filter caused her to show her ass on the regular. But it turns out she sucks even more than I realized!

Not all zoos are great, and the environmental factors that make zoos critical are super Not Great but my zoo is objectively Very Great. I personally know 98% of the animal care staff and while they drive me bonkers a lot of the time, I can attest that they love our animals deeply.

I love Kentucky so much, I grew up in a deeply purple state, and I think we can get back there.
In the meantime, I have no reason to vote for Biden and I will not. I maybe could be convinced if I lived in a swing state, but I don’t think so, genocide is disqualifying.

I no longer have a baby (he’s a proper toddler now, I didn’t misplace him or anything) and I finally found the sweet spot with my ADHD meds so I’m fighting the urge to remove “probably sleepy right now” from my bio. That’s “cometh before the fall” stuff, right?

It’s so weird how walking for utility (vs recreation) is so weird to people outside of cities. I live in a small, walkable town and needed to go pick up my car from the shop less than a mile away and ppl thought I was nuts for walking! It’s 60 and sunny outside!

I remembered to take my ADHD meds on a weekend AND my grandmother is coming to my house tomorrow for the first time in a decade. This has been the cleanest my whole house has been since before my 5 year old was born.
