There is BARELY a market for most real artists and authors. It is so, so hard to make money in these areas. I don’t understand why ai bros think they’ve hit a goldmine by absolutely flooding these arenas with shilled shit

i think people who are grumpy that they can’t draw and think using generative ai will make them feel better should try out coloring books. you get to be creative and make a beautiful picture and you don’t even have to be good at drawing. and it’s fun 💖

Did anyone else have a random kid in pre-school or kindergarten who just threw up like every single day? I went to 2 different pre-ks and different kindergarten and there was always at least one kid like this. I wonder if it was some type of anxiety manifesting or something in their little bodies

Wellp after flu Xmas, a week out last week from some coughing/sleeping illness (negative for covid but who knows), my 6 y old has now barfed in the middle of the night! This winter is just peachy.

Somewhere in my youth at some point it was instilled in me that like fanart=bad and now I’m almost forty and I struggle to actually make fan art of stuff I truly love. At least I think that’s part of it? Also fear of failure to make it look as good? I should still try tho eh?
