I'm Laura and I write stories. I finished writing my first book only two years ago, but I got the taste. I love fantasy, but can enjoy other genres. I'm also trans.

As it turns out, returning to editing after a month's break on the same day as returning to work after 2 weeks vacation makes it less a productive session – who knew? 🫠

I understand that a lot of folks have been misled by fear-mongering and powerful regressive voices but it’s still astonishing to me that so many have fallen for the idea that oppressively policing other people’s gender identity and expression could in any way be part of an enlightened future.

Every facet of generative AI has made my professional life worse, without question, but THIS specific aspect has been driving me NUTS.

It's technically not a love interest yet, but when Fea had a trauma response to fireworks, Livina managed to ground her. Partially because she shared a similar trauma, but that's beside the point. It helped that Livina was part of the group setting Fea free later on 💞
