If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

I seriously feel so lucky to have met the man I married. He’s not perfect but fuck the str8 male culture is so fucking scary and getting worse and I found a man that just wants to look at birds and play video games with me and walk the dogs. It’s not hard to be a great man! But it matters.
