I know who’s to blame for the election! One of the most vulnerable minority groups! It’s definitely them because of their problems! How dare they not accept their quiet deaths and blue no matter whoed. I will now say things about them that are horrifically bigoted but it’s okay they’re the bad ones

I want to play Baldur’s Gate 3 again, but I bought it on PC and no longer have one. I just can’t afford to drop $70 on a game twice. Heck, that’s only the second game I have paid full price on in the last five years.

When I was a kid I thought “Have You Ever Seen the Rain” was a garbage song because literally everyone has seen rain. I was five. I also thought “Splish Splash” was musical genius, though.

Something that is weird about me, but nonetheless true, I knew of the swastika as an eastern religious symbol first. We learned about World War II in junior high, but I was obsessed with encyclopedias as a kid and had seen it when I looked up Hinduism. I grew up as an introvert who was too (1/2)

I didn’t know Bandcamp had like… merch that wasn’t the music. I don’t buy merch a lot to explain my ignorance 😅 Trying to do the Buddhist moderation thing and not collect anything anymore. I do, however, need clothes sometimes, so that works out!

The whole “no algorithm telling you what to see” thing here is nice, but I would like a mode where I can just see like the original thoughts of people I follow and not just repost after repost.

Genuinely wish I had citizenship in another country that I could leave to. Wish my family had stayed in France, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Scotland right about now. Any of them would do. I’d even learn Dutch if I had to.

If you’re past the age of fifteen and still make fun of other people’s appearances you should turn your mind inward and do some reflecting on why and whether or not you’re actually accomplishing anything other than just putting more unkindness out there for “fun.”

As a ginger whose ancestors include this guy, genealogy sure is fascinating. I’m as anti monarchist as it gets, but I inherited gingerness from the guy who united the Anglo-Saxons?! Weird.

It has taken 37 years and a healthy mix of weed and Buddhism, but I finally am a lot less stressed out about things that I can’t control. I’m not doomscrolling and radiating pure anxiety like I was through 2020-2021. I’m a little anxious about having to wash dishes, but that I CAN control. Victory
