Turns out the woman in question is Melania and her shitty "docuganda" film. I hadn't connected the release of that thing with the date of his bad family juju.
I've spoken a little about this rather momentous thing happening to the Trumpsterfire around February 1. One strong interpretation is the death of a family member, either a child or a woman. I know many would love for it to be him, but I'm not certain that's it. ♏🧵

He's also a huge liar. Virtual care (aka telemedicine) is very popular right now. Everyone is taking advantage of it because it's cheaper and more convenient. For him to talk this way about healthcare just shows he's ignorant and/or that he is a pathological liar.
