Anthropic settled. Authors might still have to prove copyright registration, but I hope this ruins them and provides enough precedent to hurt if not ruin all the other thieving generative AI companies.

The Forge gaming platform revised their TOS to exclude Israel. They are now in a global exclusion list with North Korea and Syria to be in line with Stripe regulations. Which means Stripe has excluded Israel, too. I wondered when this would happen.

Isn't this a cool concept card? I designed it. Almost 29 years ago, I staged a screenplay reading in San Francisco of a script I'd written called "Soulmates." As I rifle through all the paperwork, I marvel at my early energy and passion for writing.
