Do to lack of planning appropriately I will once again be waking up early on the day I can usually sleep in a bit to pay money prior to my vacation for things that used to be free (lightning lane). I do it for the love of the game.

Man, Bottom of the Hill closing is a huge bummer. It seems like every month there is a new iconic venue closing somewhere.

While this year was a shit show, I am really proud of what I’ve accomplished
-Facilitated my first PAX Panel at PAX East on substance use depictions in games
-Also brought this panel to PAX West, which was my first time there.
-Got slightly better at taking film photos by taking a whole bunch

No one would ever fund it right now, but I would love to see a mixed methods study with people who use drugs and if recent policy changes and tactics have impacted access in any meaningful way.
