Very happy about this collective effort! We provide the community with variant effect predictions for the whole fly proteome. We validated them with annotations, population polymorphism, and CRISPR experiments. Check out your favorite protein with ProteoCast!

Cryptic pockets are hidden binding sites in proteins that are not visible in their standard ("apo") structure and only stable in the presence of the right ligand.

"Cerebra: a computationally efficient framework for accurate protein structure prediction" presents a structure module without invariant point attention, used in almost all protein structure prediction networks so far (with the notable exception of RosettaFold)
