If Starmer does fall on his sword, how long will Rachel Reeves last as CX?

Danny Kruger spouting utter BS on #politicslive (as usual) In one breath, tells us that water privatisation failure was down to poor oversight by OfWat then says that what the country needs is a more de-regulated economy 🙄

Epstein files have noticeable absence of asylum seekers, trans people gays and drag queens listed as child rapists.

Pretty much all very rich, very powerful and very white men.

Almost as if that’s who the problem has always fucking been, isn’t it?

Lead item on #newswatch - criticism of the BBC for using the word ‘people’ when referring to victims on Holocaust Memorial Day. Complainers claimed they should have said ‘Jews’. While the vast majority were Jews, we should not forget the other minorities persecuted by the Nazis.

Watching Malcolm Offord spouting BS on the Reform party political broadcast in Scotland. He’s talking about what he’s going to do when he’s First Minister 😂😂😂 Of course, it’s all unicorns and rainbows without any detail. Now, where have we heard that from Farage’s lot before?

Come on @bbcnewsnight.bsky.social Get Farage on and play him this clip. I’ll get my popcorn in.
"He is actually the dishonourable member for Bury South because if he really believes he wants to sit as a Labour MP, he should put himself up for a byelection and let the voters in Bury South decide and if they re-elect him as a Labour MP. That's fine." Farage, 2022.

This is getting ridiculous. There should be by-elections NOW for all those ex-Tories jumping ship to Reform.

Ed Milliband demonstrating exactly how out of touch our politicians (of all stripes) are when it comes to the reality of the cost of living for the majority. They might think they’re doing the ‘right’ thing but they’ll never be in a position of deciding whether to eat or heat.

If that Truth Social post reversing Trump's former position on the Chagos lslands doesn't demonstrate to Starmer that Trump doesn't give a flying f**k about him or 'loyalty' or the Special f**cking Relationship or the UK...

Only Putin and his UK representatives in Reform UK Ltd. are enjoying this.

Doctor on #BBCBreakfast discussing the amount of time young people spend on screens and the problems caused by it. No-one is mentioning the issue that facilities for those young people to take part in alternative activities have been decimated in recent years, all in the name of cost-cutting.

Isn’t it unfortunate that Nigel Farage had to withdraw from taking part in #BBCLauraK programme this morning due to the onset of a sudden illness? He looked in such good health on TV on Thursday. Maybe he picked up something nasty from Robert Jenrick?

Mike Johnson is beneath contempt. We all SAW the recording of what happened in Minnesota. He has no morals whatsoever. Is he one of the ones who calls himself a ‘Christian’?
