I've watched many videos about how staircase requirements prevent us from building three-flats that historically brought gentle density to places like Chicago and San Francisco. Exciting to see my city doing something about it!
The rent is too damn high! Not building huge hallways in apartment complexes can help.

Who do I need to talk to to get this in LA? I would love for all those who take the speed limit as a gentle suggestion to have their social contracts violated.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but turn signals are for signaling your _intent_ to turn or change lanes, not just for style points when you're already doing it
