I walked a mile in just over 10 minutes (because we don't run for public transport) to catch my train and still missed it. I'm wearing thermals and corduroy trousers. All because of a very mid film, and I get there just in time to see it pull away. And I have a hat on.

Went for an asthma checkup today and the nurse said I had lost "quite a bit" of weight and was noticeably fitter compared to last time. Someone else complimented my outfit and then my nephew, told me, in three separate instances, that he loved me. Which he hasn't done unprompted before.

My first Christmas decorations are up. Not through zeal or any sort of Christmas spirit, but more out of laziness and the fact I just bought them and can't be fucked tidying them away, just to put them back out in a few weeks.
