Spent my Sunday knocking doors with a fantastic team, including two brand-new volunteers! We won this seat by just 172 votes, so I never take this work for granted. Hearing directly from neighbors helps me serve you better in Frankfort. We’ll be back out after session, see you in the spring!

KY hospitals warn that Trump and Congress’s Medicaid cuts could force them to stop offering cancer treatment just to stay open.

In the state with the highest cancer rate, this is a looming crisis. I'll keep fighting to protect Kentuckians' access to healthcare

We honor our veterans every day, but today we take the time to celebrate them. As a veteran, I’ll continue working in our community and in the legislature to lift up and support all of Kentucky’s veterans—today and every day.

Grateful to the KY Chamber for inviting me to join today’s Energy & Technology Panel at their 2026 Legislative Preview.

I was proud to speak about my Ratepayer Protection Act and why Kentucky needs an all-of-the-above energy strategy that keeps politics out and puts people first.
November 10, 2025 at 5:23 PM
Packed house today, and the energy was incredible. Kentuckians are ready for leaders who put people over politics and fight for policies that lift everyone up instead of holding others down.

Join me today to flip the 6th!

We deserve a representative who will fight to keep our hospitals open and our children fed - who prioritize wages and workers, not billionaires and ballrooms. And unlike Rep. Barr, will pursue justice by releasing the Epstein files.

The Veterans Caucus is standing up for those who’ve served.

Today we announced our 2026 priorities to help Kentucky veterans succeed, whether they’re building a career, earning a degree, or starting a business.

Voters sent a message last night: they’re tired of struggling while politicians fight culture wars.

I’m focused on making life actually affordable—lowering drug costs, keeping utilities fair, and expanding housing and pre-K.

Kentuckians deserve leaders who fight for you, not billionaires.

Tonight, I’ll be on Kentucky Tonight to discuss food security and SNAP at a time when many Kentuckians are worried about putting food on the table.

Feeding families shouldn't be partisan, it’s just the right thing to do.

Governor Beshear is stepping up with $5 million for Kentucky food banks as SNAP faces uncertainty.

If you can, share information from Feeding Kentucky, donate to your local food bank, or help spread the word to anyone who may need support.

Thanks to the strong leadership of Governor Beshear and leaders across the country, children, seniors, and working families won’t lose access to food assistance next month.

Today’s ruling makes it clear that hunger should never be used as a political weapon. People must always come before politics.

Cutting off SNAP during a shutdown has never happened before, and it doesn't have to now. Politics should never stand between a family and their next meal.

Kentucky has the resources to keep food on the table, all we need is for Washington to let us help.

I'm with Andy.

Almost 42 million Americans, nearly 600,000 Kentuckians, rely on SNAP to put food on the table.
But DC’s choice? No SNAP funds next month.
Instead, billions for Argentina and a ballroom for billionaires at the White House.

Local water providers don’t want Frankfort passing the buck on fluoridation decisions. When water systems cross county lines, we need consistent public health standards, not confusion and conflict.
