In committee today, we talked about youth ag programs in our urban counties. These efforts can do more than teach kids, they can help grow healthier communities and expand access to fresh food where it’s needed most.

I was honored to attend a beautiful ceremony today dedicated to remembering Kentucky’s fallen firefighters. Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten. The legacy they left lives on in every life they saved and in the hearts of everyone who knew them.
