do any procreate users out there have any good procreate animation tips and/or tutorials for stubborn dumbasses

my dad is an evil man i havent seen in 14 years. on purpose. whenever he reaches out i never bother responding however recently i ran into him in public which put me in panic mode. i was expecting a confrontation, yelling, physical contact, something, but he fully could & did not recognize me at all

i fully know and want to stop Physically Cant against all logic & reason. end up standing unnervingly still in front of my bathroom mirror for like an hour in total silence just recreating that one scene from black swan
bought gloves to help w rly bad dermatillomania issues & they do help but i still gotta take em off for washing my hands/doing dishes etc & my brain identifies these moments as "quick peel off your skin like string cheese" time and triggering an obsessive episode screaming in my head to stop And Yet
