The interesting thing about recovering from burnout where I was drawing 6 - 8 hours a day for 7 days a week. Whenever my desire to draw returns it is like a firehose for a moment, then completely shuts off. So inconsistent after years of enforced consistency

🪶🌎🧪Bander Jannaca Chick got a surprise when she checked the band mumber of this Bewick's Wren recaptured at the Rocky Point Bird Observatory MAPS station in July. It was banded as a hatch year bird in 2018 and is 7 years old! Currently the record is 8 years old. Go little wren, go!
