How anyone at DHS and ICE can look at the latest video taken by the agent on his cell phone and not lose their fucking minds because this guy broke at least dozen or so policies AGAIN so soon after his poor judgement caused him to get injured on the job is a goddamn mystery to me. FIRE HIM!
