What is common knowledge in your field, but shocks outsiders?

Tailoring instruction to alleged "learning styles" (visual, auditory...) is *not* helpful and the concept itself questionable at best.

I can really recommend attending! It was great to get to read all the papers in advance and to learn about methodological advances in research on my most favorite topic, #emotions and emotion regulation in education! Check it out!

Fehler verbinden wir oft mit einem Mangel unserer Leistung. Allerdings stellen Fehler hervorragende Lernmöglichkeiten dar. Je nach dem, was für ein Lernklima im Klassenkontext vom Lehrpersonal hergestellt wird, gehen Schüler aber mehr oder weniger konstruktiv mit Fehlern um. 1/2
