Check out our three study paper drawing on data from three samples across German and English university contexts! We used an emotion- and context-specific measure for assessing six different types of emotion regulation strategies, check out the paper for full access to the instrument!

I am so curious about these activities, I am currently looking for ways to pimp my teaching! Any pointers to literature or talks to consult for those of us in different time zones/with little kids unable to attend? I would be so grateful!

A key message: To understand these links, we need to move beyond examining frequencies of regulatory strategy use, but also consider how well strategies fit students' motivational problems, and how well they execute them. What an amazing PhD- kick-off paper!

This is the first paper kicking off our larger research program in which we argue for integrative theoretical and empirical perspectives and systematically examine relations between students'motivational and emotional self-regulation in academic settings! Stay tuned for more!
