Finding stregths really does help you flourish as a neurodivergent person.
I don't (know if I) have ADHD. But a great tip is "Work like a software engineer." Because a lot of software engineers have undiagnosed ADHD, and they don't know that a lot of the accepted strategies for writing code, are mechanisms for being productive for undiagnosed ADHD.
