@kraitwitch I set myself the constraint that I can’t just say I’d do crazy things to them about any of these wols. I will commit to this for Otto. Its implied. I’ve said to you before he feels like he was pulled right out of my id to create the perfect weapon with which to destroy me. But beyond horny ape brain: I love his investment in the world’s lore. I’ve loved Ul’dah since I first set foot in it but Otto has already helped fill out so many corners of it in my mindscape. Its made so many parts of the game feel fresh and exciting. I also love a wol who may get better but will likely never truly Get Better. You are unapologetic in committing to his evils and the way that they unflinchingly coexist alongside his many charm points, and its what’s made the character so fucking fun to play with and think over. As for J’akhi, beyond an extremely strong aesthetic sensibility: his fluidity to circumstance. He’s been asked to carry so many parts and wear so many faces and all those contradictions feel woven into the bones of him. On god we are either going to get him and Lonny to make out or to duel to the death. Possibly both at the same time.
