My mum recently turned 70. She’s never been to London or on a long train journey. So I’m taking her on the train to go shopping for the day. She’s really excited that she can get food on the train and keeps texting me to make sure that she doesn’t need to eat breakfast first. 😂

So. I discovered today the guy in my gym who is the strongest person I’ve ever seen because he can do all these insane one arm pull ups is 77 years old.
He’s a climber and his strength and mobility is incredible. I didn’t think he was much older than me and he’s almost 80 😮
