HUGE news hardly anyone is talking about it. The Federal Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is basically the gov't HR department & is purging non-loyalists. An unvetted ally of Elon Musk w no OPM experience is using OPM to collect info on civil servants outside OPM who are seen as a threat 1/3

Conclusion: It's really important to study social media dynamics ACROSS platforms. Some findings generalize (high-quality news getting less engagement), others do not (association between political lean and engagement)

Probably a good time to realize that a lot of our lives are affected by people whose political beliefs and ideologies aren’t just contradictory but oftentimes inscrutable and plain nonsense.

This trend is worth tracking. It's possible that Donald Trump will not have won the popular vote. At any rate, it's pretty clear in our partisan times, we should not presume we *really* understand the situation of the next president on the night of the election.
