Rolling back these protections means more carbon and methane pollution—and a major setback for U.S. climate goals. We need stronger climate rules, not weaker ones.
Today’s proposal to repeal key power plant and pollution standards, alongside the other deregulatory actions previewed by Zeldin in March, would undo life-saving improvements to air quality and leave millions of Americans exposed to health-harming pollution.
