Work from home is a massive plus and really the only thing keeping me around this job. I've been here close to 4 years now but I'd honestly take my old job back despite the pay cut. It was just so much more laid back, easy PTO, backed by a union, it was nice.

boss made a comment about how i don't take much time off, well yea, the company has an atrocious PTO policy which makes it a massive hassle to get even a day off...

2nd place in Helldunk tonight, it was a super fun bracket, did surprisingly well into a few Bulleta players, had a nice reverse 3-0 in Losers Finals, but ultimately got demolished by Crimzon's Wolf in WF/GF, phenomenal player. I definitely felt good with my play and can't wait to keep improving.
