Många USA/EU politiker, opinionsbildare gjorde karriärer på att säga att "invandrare" inte delar "våra värderingar" i saker som sexuellt våld. Samma personer som nu rationaliserar/ursäktar människor som upprätthöll relationer med en man även efter att han dömts för att ha våldtagit barn.
