Had a dream that there was global panic about the world running out of oxygen, Nintendo was the only video game company to make a statement about it, and the internet collectively spent its final hours on Earth debating whether Nintendo was being genuine or not

Got an "I Voted" sticker today. 🫡 Even local elections matter; change can be effected at every level. I wish our candidates were people I felt more enthusiastic about, however. Such is life here.

I got to see a few friends Sunday I hadn't seen in a while. We went together to a local production of The Great Gatsby. Those in costume were entered into a raffle. I dressed up. As a joke, I brought a lion's mane (from a childhood costume) and said, "Heard these were the 'roaring' twenties!"

To me, some of the most interesting games featured in today's Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase are ones we knew about / I was already sold. And toward anything I didn't know, I can't say I have particularly strong feelings. It's not the worst presentation, just not too personally exciting.
